Meet Our Team
At Compassionate Perspectives, we believe therapy works best when it feels genuine, collaborative, and grounded in real human connection.
Our goal is to create a space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change in your daily life.
Our Approach
Our work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based approaches, with a focus on helping clients build practical skills they can use outside the therapy room.
We aim to help clients:
• Better understand thoughts, emotions, and patterns
• Respond more intentionally instead of reactively
• Build a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and sustainable
Therapy is one hour a week but life happens in the other 167 hours.
